Responsibilities
- You will join us with a focus on high-volume recruitment.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for a specific portfolio from start to finish of frontline, and potentially specialty positions.
- Maintain up-to-date job postings and measure effectiveness.
- Cold calling off resume banks; Review resumes and screen candidates
- Schedule and coordinate interviews for General Managers
- Respond to telephone and written inquiries from candidates and existing team members.
- Participates in relevant job fairs, conferences, workshops, and learning opportunities.
- Social media monitoring and support
- Generate and update tracking spreadsheets utilizing Microsoft Excel.
- General office administration as needed.
- Opportunities to take on other hr related tasks when advancing in the role
Requirements
- Previous recruitment experience is an asset but not required.
- HR education preferred.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills; particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Minimum typing of 50+ wpm
- Ability to pass a Criminal Record Check
- Legally allowed to work full time in Canada.
