Responsibilities
- Manage interview scheduling and candidate tracking across departments;
- Liaise with hiring managers to request and receive interview feedback;
- Be that critical first touch with prospective employees, establishing a great candidate experience from stem to stern, including timely feedback and updates;
- Represent SGI at various events, including hiring fairs, conferences, and networking;
- Be involved with our onboarding process and strategize areas of improvement and growth;
- Work with SGI’s social media team to create an effective social media strategy that conveys our brand, culture, and people;
- Oversee the coordination of our studio, including monitoring supply levels, researching and communicating with vendors, and ensuring the space stays organized;
- Arrange social events, team meals, and miscellaneous purchases;
- Strategize with the Head of People and Culture to create new employee retainment processes and metrics.
- Other administrative duties as assigned by your manager.
Requirements
- Stellar communication skills;
- A passion for helping people, both internal and external to our studio;
- The ability to adapt and take on new challenges as required;
- Awesome attention to detail – the ability to juggle many things at once without them slipping in the cracks;
- Proficiency in Office programs, such as Word and Excel, and with basic web-based applications.
