Responsibilities
- Create and maintain an audit calendar for each vendor that includes:
- Costs, Discounts, Retail & MAP
- Review price lists and flag MAP violations with our vendors
- Send approved price changes to our purchasing team and audit changes are correct
Requirements
- 2 years of administration, accounting, purchasing, or auditing experience
- NCR Counterpoint experience an asset
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Excel & G-suite
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Flexibility
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management
- Ability to meet strict deadlines
- You have a strong attention to detail
- You are able to work efficiently whilst unsupervised
- You have strong Microsoft excel skills including pivot tables
- You are able to handle a heavy workload
- You are able to meet firm deadlines
- You have experience in analytical, purchasing or administrative tasks
- Great written communication skills
